2006 Lancair IV-P. This is an experimental four seat all composite pressurized aircraft, which cruises at speeds and altitudes which rival most turboprop twins. At 24,000 feet, high speed cruise is 330 mph burning 22 gallons per hour. At long range cruise speed the aircraft can cover 1650 miles in less than 6 hours. This level of performance cannot be equaled by any current production aircraft for less than two million dollars, and no other comfortable, all weather, 4 passenger aircraft has ever performed like this on 22 gallons per hour.  The Aircraft is fabricated almost entirely of carbon fiber, not fiberglass like a Cirrus, Columbia or a sailboat for that matter. Carbon fiber is used on the new Hawker Beechcraft's Premier Jet, Boeing’s new 787 Dreamliner, many components on the newest Jet fighters and F1 race cars. It is an extremely strong, light, and stiff material. All specifications on this aircraft are list below.

        History of this Aircraft: The Aircraft was purchased as a partially completed project, and finished to the highest level of quality. All parts that were previously completed were thoroughly inspected. This Lancair was finished mechanically and aesthetically with the goal of producing the finest Lancair IV-P available. The Aircraft was meticulously completed by 2 A&P/IA’s who have 40 plus years experience in aviation. The Aircraft has been inspected and finished top to bottom, spinner to rudder, sparing no expense to make this a great airplane. The Aircraft was never damaged in any way shape or form. After completion, The FAA certified this Aircraft in the experimental category as new. We have had former Lancair test pilot Dave Morss fly the Aircraft several times during the 25 hour flight testing period, and he has been pleased with every aspect of the Aircraft.

      We do have the Aircraft listed for sale elsewhere for substantially more money.  We are not interested in any type of trades, so please, don’t ask . The Aircraft is being sold “as is where is” with no warranty expressed or implied. The Aircraft will be handed over to the new owner with a fresh conformity inspection (annual inspection). We invite all interested parties to view the Aircraft at one of our maintenance facilities and to bring a mechanic and do a pre purchase inspection. A test flight is available for a deposit of $1000.00 which will go toward the purchase price of the Aircraft.  Inspection scheduling.
